El diestro, en campo de rojo dos llaves de oro cruzadas sobrepuestas. El siniestro, en campo de plata dos r\u00edos en azul lo cruzan paralela y oblicuamente de diestra a siniestra hacia arriba. Bordura de azul con ocho aspas de oro, tres en la parte superior, dos a los costados y tres en la parte superior o base. En la parte superior lleva una corona.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; En el campo desierto el esmalte de rojo simboliza sacrificio, valent\u00eda, decisi\u00f3n y esp\u00edritu de libertad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Las dos llaves recuerdan al Santo Patrono de la ciudad; San Clemente, Sumo Pont\u00edfice y M\u00e1rtir.
