elementor - v3.9.1 - 14-12-2022 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#818a91;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#818a91;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p>San Clemente, cuya rese\u00f1a corresponde a un f\u00e9rtil valle de cultivos, con un asentamiento poblado de muy baja densidad, correspondi\u00f3 a una unidad pol\u00edtica-administrativa que depend\u00eda a una Sub delegaci\u00f3n de Los Litres, integrada por tres distritos: Huechuquen, Montenegro y los Litres.<br \/>La ciudad de San Clemente data del a\u00f1o 1861, gracias a una donaci\u00f3n de terrenos a favor de la Iglesia \u2013 para la construcci\u00f3n de la Parroquia San Clemente entre R\u00edos-, cedida por Don Pedro Antonio Ram\u00edrez y Don Jos\u00e9Antonio Vergara actuando en sus representaci\u00f3n sus respectivas esposas Do\u00f1a Mar\u00eda del Carmen y Do\u00f1a Pilar Salcedo, vecinos influyentes de la zona. Corresponde a un pa\u00f1o de cuatro cuadras de superficie, con agua que linda por el sur, seg\u00fan las escrituras con el camino que vienen de la cordillera, por el Oeste con terreno de Do\u00f1a Juana Ram\u00edrez y por el Norte y este con los terrenos de Do\u00f1a Pilar Salcedo.<\/p><p>Es as\u00ed como progresivamente y en torno a la iglesia parroquial, se construyeron casas de adobe y tejas, adem\u00e1s de chozas de totora y barro. De esta forma el edificio parroquial se constituye en un hito hist\u00f3rico de imponente imagen arquitect\u00f3nica, en torno al cual se organizan los espacios, la trama y las primeras edificaciones residenciales. Respecto a las redes de infraestructura, no exist\u00eda sistema el\u00e9ctrico y el agua era extra\u00edda de pozos o directamente de los abundantes cursos de agua que cruzaban este valle. La canalizaci\u00f3n de esteros y r\u00edos fue obra muy posterior debido a la necesidad de regad\u00edo y para evitar las constantes inundaciones que provocaban los deshielos. Dicha conectividad dio impulso al proceso de urbanizaci\u00f3n posterior que experimento San Clemente. Hoy no existe dicha red ferroviaria, ni resabios en el medio construido de alguna infraestructura o equipamiento asociada a ella. En el a\u00f1o 1964, al cumplir 100 a\u00f1os de vida, se le otorga el titulo de ciudad, ratificada mediante Ley N\u00ba 16403 de Diciembre de 1965. Coherente con el proceso de urbanizaci\u00f3n, la ciudad fue consolidando su plataforma de actividades en una primera etapa de desarrollo sobre el damero fundacional. Los sectores aleda\u00f1os a la iglesia y el centro evico constituyeron hist\u00f3ricamente el nodo principal de actividades de mayor jerarqu\u00eda, registr\u00e1ndose en su entorno la mayor intensidad de uso del suelo.Este art\u00edculo ofrece env\u00edo gratuito en productos de mascarillas faciales calificados, o compre en l\u00ednea y rec\u00f3jalo en la tienda hoy en el Departamento M\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>El patr\u00f3n de asentamiento fue determinando que la distribuci\u00f3n de usos diversificados, concentr\u00e1ndose en un primer periodo en el damero fundacional y el eje Huamachuco. El resto del territorio urbano de la ciudad, se encuentra compuesto principalmente por villas y poblaciones construidas en distintos periodos creando un modelo de urbanizaci\u00f3n por agregaci\u00f3n
