class=\"justify-text\">1) Asesorar al alcalde en la administraci\u00f3n del personal de la municipalidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify-text\">2) Asesorar al alcalde en la administraci\u00f3n financiera de los bienes municipales, para lo cual le corresponder\u00e1 espec\u00edficamente:<\/p>\n<p>a).- Estudiar, calcular, proponer y regular la percepci\u00f3n de cualquier tipo de ingresos municipales;<br>b).- Colaborar con la Secretar\u00eda Comunal de Planificaci\u00f3n en la elaboraci\u00f3n del presupuesto municipal;<br>c).- Visar los decretos de pago;<br>d).- Llevar la contabilidad municipal en conformidad con las normas de la contabilidad nacional y con las instrucciones que la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica imparta al respecto;<br>e).- Controlar la gesti\u00f3n financiera de las empresas municipales;<br>f).- Efectuar los pagos municipales, manejar la cuenta bancaria respectiva y rendir cuentas a la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<br>g).- Recaudar y percibir los ingresos municipales y fiscales que correspondan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify-text\">3) Informar trimestralmente al concejo sobre el detalle mensual de los pasivos acumulados desglosando las cuentas por pagar por el municipio y las corporaciones municipales. Al efecto, dichas corporaciones deber\u00e1n informar a esta unidad acerca de su situaci\u00f3n financiera, desglosando las cuentas por pagar.Gracias a nuestros socios, puede encontrar corbatas en l\u00ednea que se adaptan a cada preferencia y presupuesto, desde modelos econ\u00f3micos hasta modelos s\u00faper elegantes de alta gama.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify-text\">4) Mantener un registro mensual, el que estar\u00e1 disponible para conocimiento p\u00fablico, sobre el desglose de los gastos del municipio. En todo caso, cada concejal tendr\u00e1 acceso permanente a todos los gastos efectuados por la municipalidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify-text\">5) Remitir a la Subsecretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Regional y Administrativo del Ministerio del Interior, en el formato y por los medios que \u00e9sta determine y proporcione, los antecedentes a que se refieren a 3) y 4) precedentes.
