de San Clemente invita a personas naturales y jur\u00eddicas interesadas a participar en la Propuesta P\u00fablica para el arriendo de un bien inmueble destinado al funcionamiento y ejecuci\u00f3n de un programa social municipal.<\/p><p>Podr\u00e1n presentar ofertas quienes sean propietarios de un inmueble que cumpla con los requerimientos establecidos en las Bases Administrativas, as\u00ed como aquellas personas que, en calidad de arrendatarias, cuenten expresamente con la facultad de subarrendar el inmueble ofrecido.<\/p><p>Las ofertas deber\u00e1n ser presentadas en la Oficina de Partes de la Ilustre Municipalidad de San Clemente, ubicada en Carlos Silva Renard N.\u00ba 792, San Clemente, Regi\u00f3n del Maule, hasta la fecha y hora establecidas en el calendario de la propuesta.<\/p><p
