de Desarrollo Local (Prodesal) en conjunto con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Aguas (DGA) del Maule, realizaron una charla informativa sobre el nuevo C\u00f3digo de Aguas, dirigida a peque\u00f1os, medianos y grandes agricultores de diversos sectores de la comuna de San Clemente.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">La actividad, efectuada en dependencias del Teatro Municipal &#8220;Germ\u00e1n Moya Olave&#8221; cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de los profesionales de la DGA Maule, Jenny Pe\u00f1a y Felipe Abella.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"x78zum5 xdt5ytf xz62fqu x16ldp7u\"><div class=\"xu06os2 x1ok221b\"><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Desde que en abril del a\u00f1o pasado fuera publicada la ley 21.435 que modifica el C\u00f3digo de Aguas, priorizando el consumo humano, saneamiento y uso dom\u00e9stico de subsistencia del agua junto con velar por la armon\u00eda y el equilibrio entre la preservaci\u00f3n ecosist\u00e9mica y la funci\u00f3n productiva que cumplen las aguas, la DGA ha ido difundiendo los alcances de la reforma tanto a nivel interno, servicios p\u00fablicos y sociedad civil, en este caso en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Prodesal San Clemente, para
